AFFILIATE PROGRAM CODE OF CONDUCT

The Employer Advisors Network, Inc., dba HR That Works, dba LAWSUIT FREE!™ vigorously guards and protects its brand names, trademarks, service marks, copyrights and overall reputation. To maintain the integrity of our Affiliate Program and web sites, we require that all Affiliate's agree to this Code Of Conduct as part of the Affiliate Agreement. Simply put, good ethics is good business. Should any Affiliate or any of their clients/customers have any questions regarding a proper course of conduct, please do not hesitate to e-mail us or call at (800) 234-3304.

  1. At no time will any Affiliate represent that Products offered through the Affiliate Program constitute the giving of legal advice. These are informational products only. Personnel compliance is a tricky subject matter requiring the input of a seasoned employment law practitioner.


  2. All Affiliates will represent their relationship with the Employer Advisors Network, Inc. in a respectful and tasteful manner. Again, if there is even a slightest question as to what is appropriate under a given set of circumstances, please do not hesitate to e-mail us or call us at (800) 234-3304.


  3. These are questions I considered in earnest four years ago. I realized that if I kept doing what I was doing, my independent practice was in jeopardy. I didn't want to join a large firm so I went out looking for programs that had solution to this challenge. Problem was, I couldn't find any. The programs that did exist were either too generic or too costly.


  4. As an Affiliate, you agree to abide by the terms of the Affiliate Agreement and in turn, request that your clients/customers comply with the terms and conditions contained in the User Agreement set forth on the Site.


  5. Turnkey use of the HR That Works suite of products is currently limited to Employer Advisors Network, Inc. attorney members only. As an Affiliate, you agree not to use the strategies and tools set forth on the Site or any of the Products contained therein in your own business or practice without You or Your clients/customers first purchasing same. For example, you want to use one of the products to work with one of your clients/customers, you or your client/customer are requested to directly purchase that material from the Site. Not a bad deal considering you will receive back 35% of the purchase price (which you should disclose to your client/customer.)


  6. Affiliates agree to always act legally, ethically and follow the Golden Rule.
