Affiliate Program FAQ
- How does the HR That Works Affiliate Program Work?
The Affiliate Program allows you to profit by referring your clients, members and customers to the HR That Works web site. Every time a customer orders a product from www.hrthatworks.net, you earn a commission. We handle all order processing, billing, fulfillment, delivery and customer service inquiries. In the meantime, you can view detailed account reports by accessing your online affiliate account. It's that easy!
- How will my visitors place orders?
When visitors follow your unique link or banner ad to HR That Works, they can click on a product link, which will take them to a product description page. At that point, they can complete their order or return to home page to view and select other items.
Once the customer finalizes an order, the traffic tracking software provided our third party administrator, takes over. From this point, we record, process, and fulfill your visitor orders. Our Customer Service Department handles all visitor questions or requests about orders, including cancellations or returns. We also handle all financial transactions.
- How much does it cost to become an Affiliate?
It doesn't cost a thing! You have nothing to lose, so why not sign up today!
- What will my commission be?
We pay an industry leading 35% commission on all HR That Works proprietary products to our approved affiliates. Non-proprietary products are products that are not licensed to the Employer Advisors Network, Inc. These are products for which the Employer Advisors Network, Inc. has no direct ownership interest. They are products that are listed on our site for which we act as a storefront only. The commission on these products varies.
All affiliates also receive a 10% override payment on sales made by your sub-affiliates on proprietary products.
- How do you track my commission?
Once you are approved as our affiliate, you will receive a unique code. You will use this unique code in URLs linking from your site, and we will track your commission based on this code.
- Do affiliates get paid for repeat visits?
Affiliates get paid for every sale made to a customer who found our site through your link first. When they come to us through your web page, look around a bit, log off, and come back directly at any time using the same PC, they get tracked and you receive a commission. To get credit they must use the same PC because a "cookie" is placed with your Affiliate ID number embedded in it.
- How often will I receive my reports?
You can get a report online through our program at any time. These reports give you complete tracking facilities, accessible when using your private password.
- When do I get my commissions?
Your commission payments will be sent to you on a bi-monthly basis, provided that they are greater than $25. Commission payments of less than $25 will be "rolled-over" to the next payment period until the total amount exceeds $25.
- How can I increase my sales?
We will allow you to put Our banners and buttons on as many pages as you desire. You can also increase your income by enrolling sub-affiliates.
- I am under 18. Can I participate in your Affiliate Program?
You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in Our Affiliate Program.
- What rejection criteria do you have?
We will reject anyone who uses marketing techniques that: exploit sex to sell, promote violence, are hateful in any way, are harassing or use spam in any way, shape, or form, are libelous or defamatory, are threatening or abusive, are illegal or on the borderline, violate the copyrights or trademarks of others, are in such poor taste that we do not want the association.
- Can I link to different brand pages, keywords, and product pages?
Absolutely! For information on how to do this, e-mail us telling us what you'd like to do after you're approved to be an affiliate.
- What about unsolicited commercial e-mail?
We expressly forbid and detest the sending of unsolicited commercial email, otherwise known as "spam." The sending of unsolicited commercial email will result in immediate removal from the program.
- Do I need a web site to apply?
No. You can use your e-mail program to market the products without owning a web site.
- Can I be an affiliate if I am an affiliate with other sites?
If you are a regular member of the Affiliate Program, you may have links to other web sites on your site, as long as the other links do not contain objectionable material, as defined in the Affiliate Program Agreement.
- What if the content of my web site changes after I join the program?
If the subject matter or content of your site changes significantly, we will need to reevaluate your affiliate membership. Please email us at inquiry@employeradvisorsnetwork.com to notify us about any major changes.
- What if I need assistance?
Our Affiliate Team is dedicated to supporting you. We want to do everything we can to help you maximize your sales. You'll receive regular emails about program news and updates, special promotions, and tips for increasing your results. If you have a question about the Affiliate Program, the best way to reach us is through email at inquiry@employeradvisorsnetwork.com, or if you prefer telephone support, call us at 1-800-234-3304. Our support center is open M-F from 7:00-4:00 PST and your questions will be replied to within one business day.
- Can I change the graphics provided by HR That Works?
We have created graphics for you that represent our brand name and logo in a consistent fashion. We strongly encourage you to use those images without modification. If you build something larger or more consistent with your web site's overall design, you must submit any proposed graphics that include Our name, URL or logo for Our prior approval before displaying them online or in print. We will not deny reasonable requests. We hope and expect that you may think of ways too market the Site that we have overlooked. Please send these items to inquiry@employeradvisorsnetwork.com.

Once you sign up, you will be able to review and change much of your information, including:
- Your user name and e-mail address.
- Your name, address, city, state, ZIP code, country, primary phone number, secondary phone number, fax number and gender.
- Your password.
- Your bank account information for direct deposit of your affiliate payment.
In some circumstances we may retain in our files information that you have requested be removed. This allows us to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, and enforce our User Agreement. Further, such prior information is never completely removed from our databases due to technical constraints and our back-up systems. Therefore, you should not expect that all of your personal information will be completely removed from our databases in response to your requests.
- Do I need special software to be an affiliate?
No, if you can access this page, then you have access to the Internet and have everything you need to be an affiliate. We do everything for you via your Web browser (regardless of your Internet Service Provider, whether it's AOL, CompuServe, Netcom, etc.)
We do require that you have an e-mail address so that we can communicate with you, and we recommend that you use the latest version of either Netscape Navigator or Microsoft Internet Explorer.
- Do I need to know HTML, or have Internet networking or computer skills?
No. If you are familiar with the Internet and have used a computer before, being an affiliate is a breeze.
