WHY SHOULD I BECOME A LAW THAT WORKS™ AFFILIATE?

By becoming a Law That Works™ affiliate, you can supply your growing membership, client or customer base with powerful and easy to use risk management tools. Tools that every company needs to stay in compliance with today’s employment law obligations and empower its workforce.

We have programs set up for all kinds of entities including employer associations, industry associates, insurers, consultants and web marketers. What follows is information on our affiliate arrangement requiring no programming on our part and offering no membership discounts on products sold. For every customer who purchases any Law That Works™ product, an Affiliate will be paid a royalty of 35%. Affiliate membership is free! You’ll be pleased to know that we have also structured the Law That Works™ affiliate program so you obtain a 10% override on any sub-affiliates you register.

Understand that a 35% payout is about as high as it gets in this business. Most affiliate programs pay out only 10 to 15%. When you take into account the cost of producing the materials, our overhead and override payouts, affiliates end up making more than half the profit on every sale! Being an affiliate means pure profit to you because we handle all of the order processing, billing, delivery and follow-up. As an affiliate, you have the ability to find out about your account status on a 24/7 basis by going to the affiliate tracking program. Every two months we will directly deposit into your checking account your affiliate payment.

9.  The CRO Forum – This is a rapidly developing nationwide network of Senior Human Resource Professionals. These professionals come together in once a month meetings to share strategies and tools for managing employees and growing their careers. Their input and feedback has been vital to the development and improvement of the Law That Works™ line of products.

10.  There is a "back end" – As you can see by viewing the Law That Works™ store, there are 13 separate products available, most priced at $97 each. The sale of any one of these programs should lead to the sale of additional ones. Once you bring in a customer, any sales generated by them are yours, as long as you remain an affiliate. WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO BECOME AN AFFILIATE PARTNER?

Becoming an affiliate partner involves a few easy steps. First you should read the FAQ. Then read and agree to the Affiliate Agreement. Once you've accepted the terms of the Affiliate Agreement, you will be forwarded to the Affiliate Application page. Once the Application has been filled out in its entirety, press the submit button at the end of the Application. We will promptly review your Affiliate Application and notify you of your acceptance or rejection into the Affiliate Program in a timely and professional manner.

Once you are accepted into the Affiliate Program you will receive step-by-step instructions on how to refer customers and sub-affiliates to the program. You will get your unique affiliate I.D. and account password. You will also be given banner links and other materials to help promote the web site.
